Pointe Property Group attended the District 6 Summit, where our partner Pointe Commercial Real Estate had the esteemed pleasure of presenting. District 6 of Chattanooga is being re-branded as “midTown”, and Pointe Property Group is dedicated to increasing the prosperity of our district and city.
District Leaders, Residents, and Businesses met to discuss the state of the district and the plans for continued growth in the area. Russell Elliott, the managing broker for Pointe Commercial Real Estate, gave a presentation on many of our wonderful properties in District 6 and the opportunities for occupancy that are available to businesses. Vice-President, Ryan Allen, on behalf of HAL Developers, accepted the 2016 District 6 “Beautification Award”, for the unparalleled work at Lee Pointe. This was a wonderful summit. District 6 is quickly becoming a shining jewel for Chattanooga, and Pointe Property Group is proud to be at its centre.
